OCH Editorial is a limited company providing editorial and publishing services to organisations and companies. OCH Editorial is based in Biddenden, Kent, in England.

Your information and why we need it

OCH Editorial will need your orghanisation’s name, location, postal address and email address in order to do business with you. It will also need the names of personnel required in connection with any services that are to be provided. Any information provided will be used only for the purpose for which it is given. It will not, without express permission, be shared with any other parties at any time.

OCH Editorial is required by HM Revenue and Customs to keep records of business transactions for six years. If no further business is contracted with an organisation beyond that time frame, all emails and other records relating to our work together will be deleted.

Your rights

It is your right to know what information is held about you in OVCH Editorial’s general records and/or to request a copy of that information. All such requests will be dealt with promptly.

Confidentiality

OCH Editorial takes confidentiality very seriously. The nature and content of our work for you shall remain confidential at all times and shall not be made known to other parties without your express permission. This includes any initial discussions and all documents that may be provided for the purposes of obtaining a quote or sample edit, whether or not OCH Editorial is contracted as a result of those initial discussions.

The security of your documents and personal information (and that of OCH Editorial’s documents and information) is very important and all reasonable steps are taken to protect them on our computers and devices.
